Kim, don't try to lick a fire hydrant again this winter. You'll get the same result as last year, and the Mounties are annoyed at being called to your house. :crossx: :crossx:

The thermometer in the car was reading 51* here in Havasu, and the wind is blowing around 40+mph. I was walking around in shorts and a tee shirt, and I froze my ass off. The lake is as rough as I've seen it.

Just go stare at your life-size Kobe poster for a while and that will warm you up Don
:)
Thanks for the tip. You can stare at the clippers losing record and build up enough steam to keep you warm. :)
problems solved.

It's in the low 30's right now in Lake Arrowhead. Who knows what it is w/the wind chill. It's supposed to be in the mid teens tonight. Thank goodness for my son - he is outside splitting wood for us right now while I'm still working :crossx:

It is now 61degrees in Alta Loma but with the wind it feels much colder. I guess we won't get much sympathy from the canatards;) What is it like 20below up there or something?

I woke up to 7 degrees this morning. In historic fashion, I went out and hung our Christmas lights in the coldest evening of the the Fall last night.
At least it's better than last year. It was freezing rain and windy. I got buzzed a bit when I plugged them in. As a safety strategy I always busy one hand with a beer, so I don't have the risk of current through my chest. :skull:
