Yeah, well here is the problem there
they take people out of the city because they can't get along
and function with other lawful people.
put them in prison at let them do what ever,
I say if you are in prison and you so much as slap a nother person
in the hole you go for one year and you loose any chance of paroll.
if you come out and do it again, in the hole for the rest of your life.
now if you are in prison and you are sick enough to rape a nother person of the same sex, auto matic castration, complete loss of parol, sentence is auto matic graduated to life.
you watch and see a new respect for your fellow man,
the punishment needs to match the crime, but all so the dumb a$$ thats doing it.
