I see the sign, but never been out there. What the hell is up with that lake? Is it a mud hole, a pond or a real lake? Somebody has got to know.

always wondered myself...passed 100 of times but was in to much of a hurry to get to the river,and to hung to stop on the way home.

We stopped and were amazed at the community of snow birds. You should stop and check it out.

yeah what is out there? ive driven by it a billion times also...looks like a dry/salt bed from what i can see from rice road at 80 lol

thats because its just north of rice road....a few miles thats all....

Man made pond with a few fish, ducks, etc. Small, shallow, buy a lot and build a home and retire w/ not much to do. Looks like it's getting a "second wind". Started years ago, sort of languished, saw some life forms there about 2-3 months ago.
VERY QUIET! =boring.

So what is the speed limit on the lake ? Noise restrictions ? Any hotels with launch ramps ?

4. Flying club for model air planes
We talked to an older couple that loved the place for its location and clear nights during the winter.
