It was a misdemeanor battery case about a guy who got popped by another guy for being a loudmouth idiot at a pop warner game. It was on video and made the news in 2004. if i can find it i will post it....

Was on video, and the guy still took it to trial?
If I were the court, I'd send him the bill for the attorneys, witness, court and jury time, just for being a dumba$$.
