Of course they will. Because the stupid family won't accept the fact that they were the ones that chose to drive on the road it ultimately THIER responsibility to do it or not. If the snow was that bad, the state would issue shutdowns and nobody should be out except for emergency situations. So the father didn't pay attention to signs, or that there wasn't ANY other traffic on this road and its RM's fault? I'm sure somewhere in that map it states that this is merely an aid and not responsible for errors or ommissions.

Not to be heartless in this situation. It is very sad that it did even happen, much worse storyline than the other similar incident several years ago.
