What software do you guys use for processing? We use encompass here, you can order appraisals online through their e-pass system (we use appraisal.com). It gives you prices, satisfaction ratings & turn times. :rollside:

We use Interbay funding, silverhill financial, world capital bank or community commerce bank. Interbay is easy to work with, not a lot of paperwork (rates are high though). The others you have to be careful of making the property cash-flow properly, etc etc...

I work for Golden State Funding, broker out of Long Beach. We mostly do residential, but i get a commercial deal across my desk every now & again. It was much easier when i was doing hardmoney! LOL
