We went with the Havasu 4 Wheelers club. They have a run just about every week. A very nice group of people.

Rhinos could do that - who needs a Jeep! :hammerhea :argue: Of course it would take a lot longer, be less comfortable and you'd eat a lot more dirt but yeah, Rhinos could do that

Tony, call me the next time you go out. I just had my Jeep lifted. I went with a Rubicon Express 3.5", swaybar disconnects, upper and lower control arms, track bar, etc, and 33" tires. just got it back this evening, and I'm going to get it dirty tomorrow. :)

I will selling my jeep soon and getting the new Rubicon Unlimited and do a RE or Full Traction 4" on it when they release the new lifts......although longer wheel base and wider...I want the longer wheel base for dropping/picking up the boats out of the water...can't do it with the TJ, they don't need big lifts to go with 35's or 37's...big wheel openings already......also, somebody on here said that if lifted and suspended right it will go places the TJ will go....plus I am not really a cat 5 rock crawler anyway...mainly cat 3 maybe a cat 4....just don't like coming home with damage as lot of my jeep friends feel that is when the fun starts..:)

Save yourself a ton of money and problems and pick up one of these. It will take you just about anywhere, if you find one with factory lockers. it tows and is a nice ride. You can pick these up for under 8k. Most have never seen the dirt.

Definitely a good thought...and will keep it in mind....but I am really falling for the new 4-door body style...and like the idea of having a 4 door convertable for those Spring and Fall days in the desert. ...

I was hoping I could find one in a year when someone else has tricked it out and either gotten tired of it, or needs to get out of it....:)...probably not going to happen so just get it from Jeep Warehouse or someone that will deal at invoice...all I need after that lift, bumpers and winch and call it a day...:)

Pop top would be nice, I do have a sunroof. Most peeps don't even know these things exist. Being half truck & half tank they are pretty good on and off the road. We take the back seats out (2 rows, it seats 7) and can fit a double air matress no problem.
I put a 2" OME lift and BFG 33's. I got 11'' clearence from the diffs and about 19'' from the body.
Ours is a 97, 96's are good years too. Try to get the factory lockers opt. Good luck.

I have the Quadratec catalog www.quadratec.com that is advertising the Skyjacker 2.5" lift will allow 35" tires on the 07's. I have seen those pics from Sema, but have yet to see one on the street. We have a company here in Ga called FortecJeep.com and my local dealer keeps telling me they have one in the works that should be there soon, but that was a month ago. I can't seem to get into the 4-doors, though I see the advantages. I want a 2 door Saraha, 35's, painted Bushwacker cutouts, some horns www.hornbalsters.com and I will be happy :shift: :shift: :shift:
