"public nuisance" was being pulled by a white Ford F-350 in Las Vegas turning onto the on ramp (I-15) (Las Vegas) from Spring Mountain road at 3 pm yesterday. Looked like a cat was dark in color and had a huge engine with above transom exhaust...bad as boat!!!
