thank goodness there are controls to keep an eye on car retailers...IMO that NEW car (franchise) dealers are one of the better professions because of all the requirements. I know I may get flamed on this but, if you are a bit savy, and do your homework, big retailers (especially euro) are following rules in general- many class act new car retailers out there.
Now if you want to talk about the marine industry-that needs controls in a bad way.:) - like yesterday.
