With all the scams at these local oil changes places I have seen. I honestly dont know how you can trust them to even change your oil? I always hated going into those places as the pressure sales would come into play to change your wipers or flush your cooling system all the crap you didnt know existed!
Who do you take your car to for regular matinance? Oil changes and misc???
Dealers are ok but kind formal (Also have Edge products and dont want to void my warrenty). I just want to pull in and wait 30 minutes and leave?
WHO CAN YOU TRUST?

Myself...
Of course, I don't drive a new vehicle, so warranty issues are a moot point.

There is a great place here in El Cajon called Pacific Tire and Brake that I take my stuff to for oil changes, alignments and basic service. They are really good, have space for the motor home and aren't overly expensive.
Another one I have heard of and would recommend heavily is Bob Bowen's in La Mesa. I had to look up the name, so here is there information...
Bob Bowen's Auto Service
7191 Alvarado Rd
La Mesa, CA 91941
Phone: (619) 469-1895
They were recommended heavily to me by people in the business.

I got lucky and now have a GM mechnic that used to work at the dealership, open his own shop and he does all my basic and aftermarket stuff.
