Hey Guys,
Im still looking for a building, Ive been searching for quite awhile now and have yet to come up with anything. Im really searching hard for something on the freeway, in corona off the 91 or even anaheim off the 91 or maybe down the 55. I need about 8k-12k and I can't really find anything properly outfitted for us. I was looking at the crossroads buildings in Anaheim but they want like 1.30 triple net and thats pretty hefty. If anyone knows of anything off the freeways in these areas I would truly appreciate the insight. Also if you happen to see anything bigger please let me know, I might have someone who will team up with me for warehouse space if I can find a larger building. Thanks again guys.
