I think it is $135 for a 35' spot? I really don't know as I split the boat, insurance and storage down the middle with my dad and I just write him one big check! :)

Good facility...good people. Detail dept sucks though. Nice to not worry about putting in and out of unit. Call'em in advance they pull it out with their tractor... end of day, drop it off and they put it away. No charge.

individual garages?

Yes, but a shared roof. So keep your boat covered. It can get dusty in the winter time.
Nice because you can call them up and they will service your boat and put it back for you. Saves you a trip to Havi in the winter.
They will also fuel, charge, launch and retrieve your boat for you. My dad used to have them just put it in the slip for him. He didn't even need to bring a tow vehicle to town. Retired life!

Great place, I just left in favor of my new garage! I was $135 per mo for 30' in the old facility. I quit letting them put it away after the second excursion into the unit behind me  They didn't get that I had a swing away tounge for a reason  But overall, a great place.

Great guys with great service. You can call them and tell them you want a slip with your boat in it full of gas on any given weekend and it will be ready to roll

Darn, I have a friend that used them a long time ago. He was hoping to get his boat in there by summer. Anybody know what the wait time is by chance?

I talked to Judy on Wednesday and she had three 30' units available. You may want to act fast, she said they tend to go rather quickly.
