But of course:) About 20 minutes from home too. If ya'll go let me know. I'd be happy to buy a beer at our place for any board members that show up.
I can even set up a lil HB git together afterwards. Just a thought.:D

So far there are about 6-8 of us confirmed. We will be slumming it over in the camping section. ;) Might just have to stop by the Firehouse for some after hours entertainment. :)

Going to see George Strait is worth $170.00 to me. Not to mention the other AWESOME acts. Besides, the $170.00 is for both days. $85.00/day to see acts like George Strait, Allan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Sugarland, Willie, Sarah Evans, etc... To me that is cheap!!!

I'm not much of a country music fan.

If I had never seen George, Alan and Brooks and Dunn before I would agree however you are correct about the two days for $170.00 but lets not forget hotels food, beer gas and what ever else comes along, ...it would be a $800.00 weekend easy...

We figure that it is going to be about $325-350 per person in our group. That includes, food, drink, camping, tickets, etc... It does not include souveniers, but at $175.00 a day, you still can't go wrong.

I think my wife is going to leave me if I don't get tickets to this thing......I might be much more inclined to go if we had a bunch of HB'rs in the camping grounds.
The rules kinda worried me though. I can live without the BBQ for one night, but NO ALCOHOL? How strict will this be? Keep it in a cup like tailgating at Supercross? I didn't really like the "all campers and vehicles are subject to search" part.....

I wouldn’t be whining about it so much if my money situation was better :(
I saw Alan and George (along with many others) at the Country Music Festival in Vegas and they were awesome and the girls there were stunning.:D
I envy all you H/B peeps that are going. Have fun and get an autograph or two and don't forget the camera!

Nevermind. It appears the SW was drunk last night when he told me to order tickets. In this morning's sober light, he said it was too much $$ :(
