Will it have enough snot to push the slide back with .22?
Recoil operated,,, takes some kick to shift the big clunky beast into gear.

I have the colt one for my goverment model and it works just fine, its got a super light recoil spring. I'm looking for one for my commander. Since colt no longer sales to the public ( mil and LE only) you can't get them any more.
they cycle just fine as long as you don't use "match" or CB caps... if you want to use higher power stuff you have to swap out the springs. the "$10 bucks a brick" stuff works just fine...
