I thought that takes $1,000,000? :confused: But I'd talk to an investor about it or something. Maybe buy some property. If I could go back 15 years, I'd tell my parents to buy as much land as possible 15 miles west of where we live now.

Maybe use some to clear up the shitty credit and put the rest away for a while in something safe.

1. PUT IT in a money market account.... no risk, pull out whenever you want and earn about 5% on it
2. put it in stocks... get a good broker/advisor.. should be able to earn around 7-9% with a low risk.
3. invest in real estate? that's pretty up in the air right now... but since havasu is getting a mall... and if you know the location... I would buy some commercial property surrounding or near by that area. other stores love being around malls
those are some descent ideas.... or take it to vegas and bet on black!:D
