There's a '98 on the Magic/Sleek site, I'm pretty sure it's the same as the '97.

TJ Thats the sickest 236 I've seen! How does that boat handle havasu chop?
It has an HO right? How fast is it? I think I remember it from the boat trader. ;)

Whats the same mold? as the 25?
I always thought that 236 was one of the better boats Eliminator made. Good price point and good bottom.
I like the 25 for the built in swim steps though....

Thanks. It's no F29 in the chop, but it does okay.
Seeing about 70-71 right now (496HO-24p Bravo). I'm trying a 26p in a couple weeks, so I'm hoping to see 73-74.

Yeah, the maintenance on mine kind of sucks because of the swimstep

Hey Nord...what kind of speed are you seeing with the 502? What prop are you running?
Thanks.

236 and the 250 use the same bottom, twin step with a pad...
The bottom was designed by Ron Edhe, who also did the original Daytona's as well as some stuff for DCB.
Last year in Powerboat magazine Peter Hdelin (Skater proprietor)was asked who he admired amongst his contemporary designers...He named Ron Ehde.
The 236's and 250's are designed to run loose, get them up on the pad, trim em out and hold on...
I've had 3,25's,from stock 502,to my current blown 510...
Up to 80,they are pretty much stupid proof, after about 85,you have to really be on your toe's,90 on up they require A LOT of attention,as they have a propencity to Chine walk,I think in Hot Boat magazine vernacular,It become's a "driver's boat".
I love mine...it's a pretty bitchin' Hot Rod,muscle boat.:D

For those of you who haven't seen PLAYDEEPS 25 eagle,
it rumbles pretty hard. I'd guess 95 mph and maybe more.
He upsets alot of cat owners!
