2nd yes you can break a glass with your voice.

It all depends on what frequency the glass will resonate at, which is determined by its size, density, etc etc. If you place a glass at close proximity to a sound that is at its resonant frequency, and the amplitude of that frequency is high enough, it will cause the glass to resonate (vibrate) at that frequency and break.
