I am trying to have something shipped from taiwan and the company wants to know which one I want "FOB, C&F,or CIF". I have looked up what they mean and I just want the thing shipped to my house. Since that does not seem like an option, what is the cheapest route? I don't want to have to be standing next to some ship in San Pedro waiting for this small thing. Is there a way to expedite this? Thanks, Brendan

Call a couple of freight forwarders down in Long Beach. The one that I have used in the past was Express Lines. They make all of the arrangements. Very reasonable and sure save a lot of headaches! :)

..how small, weight and dimensions??

Panal Pina, Geologistics and believe it or not, DHL depending on size and weight, plus if its HazMat or not.

If it is a small package and less than 50 lbs ship it UPS expedited. You will pay the freight and import costs. If it is over 50 lbs ship it air cargo. Try DLS in LA 310-216-5998. If it is over 1,000 and you’re not in a hurry ship it container. I think minimum for a container is still huge. I have done this for 17 years so PM me if you need help.

I was gonna suggest Bax Global, depending on the size and weight...they have been a great shipping company for overseas..

We have been using EWP out of San Pedro. Hows Bax on pricing.

they only ship latex
