I thought I would share my fathers business with you all. My father has been in the leather business for 25yrs + and proably one of the best Gun Leather and historically correct cowboy goods makers in the world.
Magazines he has been in:
True West
Guns of the Old West
Combat Arms
Guns and Ammo (on the cover too!)
Cowboys and Indians
and many others.
He makes period correct gun leather, chaps, etc from the 1800s all the way up to the 1911 hand gun.
He will pretty much build you anything you ask for. Wait time is usually 3 weeks to 3 months.
If you would like to take a look, here is his site

Nice work .A true craftsman. I've been looking for a gator skinned IWB holster for my Kimber Rapter Ultra carry. It doesn’t look like he does that kind of work.

Cdog, no he really doesn't do the newer stuff. 1911 is about the max.
Here are a few more neat items.
These are old time cowboy cuffs. Cowboys didn't change their shirt for somtimes weeks at a time, and these protected the cuffs of their shirst from wear and tear.
