well im sitting here at my desk and thinking to myself im fawking boored out of my mind..i think ill take off and blow some time......then an email pops up..what could it be???

the crs (career retention specialist) sends me an e-mail saying that i need to come upstairs and sign a form so i can recive a $10,000 bonus!!!!

Just like in real estate, put 20% down. ;) You should be able to get something alright for about $10K down.
Guaranteed if you come out this weekend, that is where the money is going to go. ;)
