I was in wine of the month, I enjoyed it for a few years. I ended up with a bunch of white wines laying around as I am not a fan white wine.

I go to Trader Joe's..... no minimums, no fees, and good prices if you shop.

JOine one and didn't care for it much. Tended to get a lot of wines that we wouldn't ordinarliy buy, which isnt bad, but the wines were not that good. We still enjoy the shopping process and many local wine shops have tastings, even BevMo.

Part of Wine of the Month Club. It's nice getting a couple of wines every month that I normally would not find. Part of the Vitners series, the stuff is pretty good. You can choose to have all reds if you'd like so the whites don't pile up.

I get Rutherfordhill delivered a couple times a year. always reserve cabs and merlots they throw in the occasional port. joined there club a few years ago while taisting in napa. I have no complaints I have confidence everytime I crack one of those bottles and have yet to be dissapointed. 2002 merlot reserve is the best:)

The other problem we had is with the deliveries, UPS would not leave it on the door step.

That's why you have it delivered to work. Always somebody here to sign and it makes everybody else jealous.

Yup. Law works in funny ways. Have to have an adult over 21 who is not inebriated to sign. Have it delivered somewhere that you know someone will be there. Work is a good idea if it's okay with your boss. Especially since it's alcohol.

I find that they're too expensive. I'd rather pic and choose while at the grocery store. The quality of wines that they carry has improven immensely.

My neighbor was in the wine of the month, which was great for me (Friday night wine), however the majority of them weren't that good. She cancelled it because she ended up with an abundant amount of wine, half of which she didn't care for. Buy what you like at the grocery store, trader joe's or costco.

We'll probably re-up or change to another winery in may at the wine fest in paso robles.
