trade marking help

[LAFD]

anyone have experiance in trade marking a name. if anyone knows someone that does this or if you have gone threw this pm me any tips or anything you had to go threw to get this done. thanks....

I've never trademarked a Name/Logo, but there is an online app from the US Patent & Trademark Office http://www.uspto.gov/teas/index.html.

My Patent Attorney Did All of my trademarks (have 3) I think they were

I sent you a PM, but, this website is a good place to start. Do a basic search, this will show you what else is or has been trademarked with the same name.
