In 1998, we ran a guide to virtually every performance-boat builder up to that point. In the year ahead, we'd like to do an update, with some of the manufacturers that fell through the cracks the first time (i.e., Witchcraft) and others that have come into being since (Aftershock, Cobra).
Here's the original list from '98. See how many missing companies you can spot, and we'll try to include 'em in the updated version. I'm open to any of the micro-builders with very limited production facilities, and anything up to the large offshore guys like Pantera.

I have a Pantera..................They are now out of Florida and mfg. big offshore boats. They used to be in Burbank I believe back when mine was made. Late 80's. If it's the same company. :)

My first boat was a Spico. 1960 through 1970 I think.
Looked identical to this: When I got it the fiberglass engine cover was gone.
V-Drive with a velvet-drive trans. Nice 80 mph, ski, whatever boat with a crusader unit and that soft fuel dock reverse. I miss it to this day.
