I don't think so, it will not look good for the Lakers if they were to do that, why? Because then other players would not want to sign with the Lakers in the future, this move makes the Lakers look compassionate and forgiving.
Radmanovic is just having a really bad year, injuring his hand in preseason, trying to learn a hard offense and now this. If I was the Lakers, I would make him get surgery on his hand now and call it a season. Let him comeback 100% next season.
