Havasu 3/16 and 3/17- Questions???

Hey. We are going to be up there for the first time this year this coming up weekend. I had a couple questions. Are all the weeds gone on the sandbar yet? And also, what are good places to hang out at night? Clubs, bars, etc. We went to Kokomos last year, but I want to try something new. It will be me, my wife and a few of our friends.
