Dear Condit ,
I am Barrister Patrick Keshiton (Legal Practitioners/notary public),
the
personal attorney to Late Mr. David Condit .
He was among the victim of the Bellview Airlines plane crashes near the
village of Lissa,Ogun state,killing 117 peoples on board with that took
place on 23rd October 2005 in Ogun - Nigeria. My client is an American
oil
consultant/contractor and was executed a contract here in my country
(Nigeria) and the contract payment was not been paid to him before his
death
which happened on the 23rd October 2005,my client, his wife and their 2
children were involved in the Plane crash that took place here in
Nigeria.
Since then I have made several enquiries to locate any of my clients

On maturity, after two weeks I couldn't hear from my client again and
finally I discovered from the Contract Payment Reconciliation Committee
of
Federal Republic of Nigeria (CPRCFRN) indicating that my Client was
among
the victim of the Bellview Airlines plane crashes which took place on
23rd
October,2005.
And it was clear that he died without claimed his contract fund from
them
and the fund (US$11.5M) have already deposited to the paying finance
house.
All attempts to locate any member of his family but of no avail, hence
I
contacted you. I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the
contract
payment left behind by my late client because the Contract Payment
Reconciliation Committee of Federal Republic of Nigeria (CPRCFRN) have
asked me as his lawyer to produce any of his relative or business
partner
who will stand as my client next of kin.
This is the situation, and my plan is looking for a foreigner who will
stand
in as the beneficiary/next of kin to my late client (Mr. David). This
