I'm not sure.
Admin says all the web based email from ***boat is blocked (yahoo, hotmail, aol, gmail, etc etc). So you never receive the confirmation emails when you change your email or when you register initially. Without responding to the confirmation email (that you never got) your user cp functions are restricted.
I don't know why, I'm just the janitor. :confused:
