Did you know that if you start a stop watch at the time the ball is hiked and stop it when the whsle is blown at the end of the play. In a three hour football game there is only 13 minutes of action.

Going to be at Pismo w/ the bikes. My team is the Raiders so I didn't really need to worry about the Super Bowl this year.

I haven't given Seattle much credit this year mainly because I haven't been impressed with their opponents. I believe the Steelers have played tougher games against teams that I find "scarier" - the Bengals, the Colts and the Broncos all scared me more than the Seahawks. The Bengals and Colts can score at any time from anywhere on the field. The Broncos can run on teams and they blitz. The Steelers destroyed these teams - on the road.
This Steelers team, IF it has its emotions high but in check, is capable of crushing this Seahawks team. Yes, the Seahawks can win (or I should say, the Steelers could lose) but it won't happen.
My prediction is the Steelers win this game 31-20 and the MVP of the game will be Big Ben. I also think Jerome could get close to 100 yards in what will be his last game if they win.
