Does anyone know where i can find a t stat housing like this one? This is an old Nicson, i looked at rex, eddie, dana, nobody has one with the four ports on top like this. Its on a BBC I/O with a circulating pump. Thanks

Are you using all 4 of the ports on top? CP Performance carries one like this on their website www.cpperformance.com (http://www.cpperformance.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=364)

Yes , the two on the back are water in , and the two in the front are water out to the headers.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that looks exactly like my housing on my 7.4 mercruiser. Just a thought.

Im not exactly sure what the 7.4 housing looks like. What year is yours? I will try to find some pics.

My boat is a 1996 Crownline 266BR, but the engine was replaced by the previous owner before I bought it. So I don't know what year it is. The picture of yours looks really similar though. I was just in there replaceing my impeller last week. I had to take off a bunch of stuff to get to the broken impeller vanes.

The T-housing that you have is OBSOLETE and you will never find one like that at any boat parts place. Your best bet is going with the 520-1500 (http://www.cpperformance.com/detail.aspx?ID=2896) from CP Performance, they can weld pipe thread or AN bungs to the housing instead of slip on hose if you want. Good Luck :D

I bet a mercruiser off of eBay would work.

I think im gonna run the CP 520-1500 and run the bypass into the intake manifold. Thanks for the links!
