does anyone know of a RELIABLE, NOT FLAKY, TRUSTING POOL BUILDER in havi or parker , willing to do a pool in parker? we have been looking for a pool guy for sometime now and they are the flakiest people to work with .. Next to Plumbers .. LOL!!:D

Just make sure you put a performance clause in the contract (if they don;t want to do that, go with someone that will). My parents had a pool done in Havasu, they did a good job, but they had to tear out a couple things to get it right. My Dad had to watch over them everyday. I can get the name if you like, just let me know.

I am really stupid when it comes to this .. what is a performance clause. Like a time frame dealio. They wont have much room to rip anything out if they screw up. (Water level limit.)

we had a guy lined up but everytime we talk to him he doesn't seem to want to do it. Russ said maybe because it is not a real simple in and out job. He has to work on this one a little harder due to the water level.

Mohave Pools have done 2 pools by my house. I do not know the quality but it appears when they accept a Parker job, they want to get it done. Pretty quick work, IMO.
