here is another one from 1996
We placed 3 adjoining, lake view lot's for sale in 99, listed at 60k for the three. I got one offer under asking price and decided to hold on to them.
In Oct. of 05, closed escrow on the remaining two. Stopped by yesterday to take a look at what they built.

No doubt......I bet you'd bottom out the trailer going over the edge at the top.....hell you might bottom out a car on that one! LOL

I had planned to put a common driveway in and place the garages in back, this way I could save the view, utilize the space for building and limit angle of the driveway.

Should have done a tuck under garage...could have built more house, more garage and not had to worry about backing a boat up that thing...
