I just got a fix-it ticket for a printer that is "printing dirty images" here at work.. Must be a virus

and all this time I thought the images that came out of my printer were supposed to be "unclean."

Crap, It just needed a new toner. It was "splooging" whatever it printed. I went upstairs and asked where the dirty images were. they didn't think it was funny.

That's funny. Last week someone left there workstation unlocked so someone (i don't know who  ) went onto their machine and in word typed "I have a fetish for peanut butter and puppies". Then printed out 200 copies. Well with the cover sheet everyone new what user it came from and the job had already posted to local memory on the printer. The user tried to unplug the printer and plug it back in. The job would start were it left off.
Let's just say that user won't leave their workstation unlocked again. :)
