That was my all time favorite movie back in the days. The bad thing is that it is not available on DVD, just bootleg versions or VHS.
The same goes for "The Wonder Years". :D

I was more in to the skate movies like the search for animal chin and shit. Have you ever skateboarded down the street with a piece of plywood on top of your board? LAUNCH RAMP TIME!

Watched that movie every other day after school. Watched North Shore on the other days.
We used to try and jump anything we could with our BMX bikes. Got into freestyle and ramp riding though. Did the skateboard thing for a while.
Bones Brigade III was the best skate video! Gotta love Johnny Rad...

This is pretty funny. I used to be HEAVY cinto riding BMX bikes in the 80's, in fact, I stll have my Redline PL24. It just hangs there as a topic of conversation. Racing bikes at age 16 in 1983 seems like a very long time ago. I do remember the video and a bunch of the racers that were in it!

I own a bootleg DVD version and pop it in the player once and a while. I wore out the vhs copy I had when I was a kid. I watched it every day after school. I raced BMX for 6 years. Good times.

That movie is awesome. I have not seen it in awhile. I think I will watch it tonight. The funny thing is my kids love it, they saw it at my sisters house and asked me if have ever seen it. I told them about a thousand times.:D

Boy does this thread bring back some memories. Funny you still have your RedLine. Up until a few years ago I still had my "Hutch Pro Series" complete with the Landing Gear forks,Mongoos Pro Class rims with BullsEye hubs and the classic RedLine Flight cranks. When I was racing BMX and Freestyle riding I could do things on that bike that defied the laws of gravity. (According to my father.) He used to love watching all of us at the races. Personally I think he liked the carnage of the wipeout's coming into the first turn more than the race itself.
Remember back then if you wiped out you jumped up to make sure the bike survived the crash. Try that now at age 39 and it would be "f#ck that bike,I'm dying over here.:jawdrop:
