Dont do it Bro!!! Now you wont be able to go to the river, and glamis any more... unless your rich and can afford a gardner and maid service, your going to be stuck at home doing the chores! We bought our first house 2 years ago and i personally would rather rent a condo. No yard work, little maintaining. :D
On the flip side... congrats. Nice way to build your asset portfolio! :)

This is exactly why i bought a midsize condo that's 1.5 miles from my work. I've finally got my payments under $1g a month. Sucks not to have a backyard for BBQ's but the low maintenance is great.
Congrats on the new house. The most fun about having your own house is setting up your garage exactly how you want it. All the tools, pictures, small tv, frigde and of course a dart board. :) CONGRATS AGAIN.

I have become very familiar with Home Depot and Lowes since selling my Condo and buying a house....The work is endless but worth it:)

Time to take out a second for 125% of the value and buy a 150k dollar boat.
What, don't do that. Then we'll be adding you to the forclosure list.
Good luck.
