Ricos Tacos in Parker [Archive]

Remember the taco stand right before the McDonalds in Parker? It was called Ricos Tacos. They had the Carne Asada burritos with just cheese and cabbage and was the bomb! I know they are not there anymore and heard they opened up a restaurant or some sort of indoor facility rather than a trailer. Anybody know where it's at????

I was missing that stand this weekend. I would have gone to the resturaunt if I would have known. I loved that place!

Nice, so these are the same people right? Almost every Friday night about 10:30 PM, we would take a pit stop at the taco stand and chow down. Just wanted to continue to tradition this season.
