It was my Daughters 13th Birthday Saturday, so I was real busy making sure She had a Great time Saturday Night.
We were there since Tuesday, so we got an early start Sunday morning. I heard I missed a good party!

Yea everything kinda of rode the wave of prices of places in parker,problem was you really own nothing but a 50k trailer and a lease payment with no rights but those of the park.We sold our trailer across river with water access but not water front for 400k would never pay that myself but at least you owned the land and 1/10th of the beach.All my buds have places in DR and the back row single wides selling for a 160k are down under a 100 so it coming back to reality but river reflections comes across to me to be a coolplace to own something but you have better been there for a long time.
