has anyone built one of these? if so which company? from what i have read it sounds like Beck is the way to go.

I helped build a few when I was in my 20's, they all got sent to Japan. That was a fun time.
Fit the body, wiring, final assembly. Fun to drive, and pretty quick with a nice motor.
I did all the running gear myself.
To save my own life, I can't remember where the kits came from though.

The only pictures I have are pre-digital though. I would need to scan them.
