I recently purchased a new Weekend Warrior 5th wheel. Can any one recommend a good place to get my hitch work done, and for a good price ? Any help would be appreciated....

Did you buy it from Giant RV, other, or private? I bought mine from Giant and had them throw it in as part of the deal or I was going to go some where else. They installed it at their parts and service center right there on Pomona and Lincoln just off the 91 in Corona. You might give them a try.

I did buy from Giant RV, but I thought I might be able to get a better deal through a hitch/trailer shop. The trailer wont be ready till mid-May, so I still have some time to shop for the best price. I will call Giant RV and see what price they can get it to me for... Thanks...

Ha Ha Ha. you have more time than mid May. My buddies was to be delivered a couple weeks ago. He should hopefully have it within a few more weeks............maybe.

When I bought mine, this past January 07, they just happen to have the one I was looking for (CR 3705) in stock. They had it prepped and ready to go in three days.

Go with a hitch with removable bed rails! Pullrite makes a good one. I had mine installed at Greens Trailer supply in Ontario.

I agree with this, save the bucks for boat gas. It's not tough at all. :D

Why 24K?

45 ft WW 5th wheel= 14,000-15,000 lbs dry + (1) Long Travel Sand Rail = 2500-3500 lbs + Rhino ...... Gonna be right around 20k +/- and I'd rather have too much(24k),than not enough when it's only gonna cost a couple hunred dollars more at the most
