Got them done the first time about 3 1/2yrs ago. Was scared about going too big. Realized didn't go as big as I wanted to. Six months later did them again, saline again. Second surgery they comped one implant and he took $500 off his price.:D

Dr. Haiavy worked with Dr.Leventhal, the doctor whom help invent the belly button procedure. Leventhal is now retired, but he did train Haiavy.
I have worked in the E.R. as an EMT for years. So I was familiar with things. I spent countless hours looking at before's and after's of other women with roughly the same history as me. Like... weight, size, age, did they have kids before, did they breast feed? Etc.

So back to the original question. Recently paid $11K for implants and a lift for the wife. The lift is what gets the price up there. She went with silicone and it's great. Feels very real. I think one downside with silicone is they come out of the box in the size you pick. The doc can't play with how much to fill them. Although it wasn't a problem for her.

It definitely depends on your frame. I have a small frame and did 375cc, ended up as a 34d, paid $4,200.00. Rule of thumb...always go 50cc's higher than what you think!

I have seen hundreds of boob jobs gone bad. I would never let someone that I care about get implants. The emotional and physical pain that one will go through if there are problems will last a lifetime.
This is just my opinion based on the hundreds of malpractice cases that I have seen go to court. I hope that anyone that does decide to get implants does not have any complications.
