Rhino / Arctic Cat Insurance Question

Rhino / Arctic Cat insurance? Where are you getting it and whats the going rate. This is for AZ and street legal.

I got mine (when I had the Rhino) via American Family. I got full coverage for street in AZ and I think it was right around $200/year. I think you will find dealing with ALex Ross (State Farm) in Havasu a good choice. He speaks the lingo on Big boats, high power sandrails, etc... worth a call. (928) 855-7677

Progressive told me that did not include street driving coverage as they did not sell that coverage for the Rhino. Better check.

Progressive online, $224 @ year with high limits though because of the obvious. Steet legal, says so right on the policy. Rated the same as a motorcycle, says so right on the policy :confused: Different stories about insurance as usual huh? NSF

I had to get insurance for my WR 450 so I checked again.
You can only choose off road coverage on the web page for a Rhino. IF you choose "pleasure use" or “to and from work” it kicked the Rhino out for coverage. However, I called and they now say if you get off-road coverage and it is street legal and are in an accident on the street that you are covered.
My WR450 was only $79/ a year!

Yes it does. I went over and over this with the lady and I am covered for the street.

Sounds like you got the same coverage as me. I just checked and mine is $224 also.

Thanks guys, I called State farm and the quote was 650 something and that just seemed high.
