Peoples can say..., that ya should have should have gone to the newer std. of boat sizes in recent years past... ( The 30ft to 36ft+ cat size classes ). Or perhaps, you too may see a downturn where affordability is concerned....? If so, then you may just be right spot on with the new product/price range.. (IMHO) To introduce an all new product "now" to this particular buying sect or set of consumers is very gutsy.

The only thing that is really new is that it is going to be set up with outboards and the hull is infused. He already has made boats with this mold. He just makes a lot more of the Luxury Cats vs the RC 28.
Should be a nice little package. :)

Haha yep! How much is a DCB F-29? I'm going to put the value of this at 80 percent of that. The loss should just be due to the name. Remember they are using that resin infused layup.... thats expensive technology.

I dont think Larry cares what a F29 sells for,He builds a great boat,It will run with any on the market!!!What ever the price,I will bet the buyer will be HAPPY.

I doubt he does too. Thats just what i'm basing my price on due to quality, looks, and bling. The two companies are at the top of the custom boat market, that is why I priced it that way. I'm sure it will be just as nice as a DCB, but it doesn't have the name to go with it. Get it? Maybe a new 28 to go with your 26?

YEP!!I almost bought one,It was between the RC28 and the F26 DCB.The RC 28 was by far the better handling boat, but Dave and I worked out a deal I couldn't pass up!!This is when Brad and Scott just got started,I still love the RC 28 and the deck is the best on the market.

I gotta jump in here. NP, Los and I ran the Thunder on the River poker run this weekend up here in the delta in my RC 28. We ran 100+ miles from 50mph to 115 mph in flat conditions to 3' chop with some 4-5' chop. We were the smallest cat on the run (except 24 Alley Cat) We had no trouble running with the big dogs of any make (no DCBs there). The boat just eats up whatever you put in front of it rock steady. This boat will thrill you to death. It is by far the best handleing cat I've been in. I can't imagine taking a ride in one of these boats and not being totally impressed. Try it you'll like it!!!!;) :)

I took a guy from the bottom of Lake Havasu all the way to Park Moabi during the Desert Storm poker run. It was a washing machine with all the boats out there. I had no problem cruising over everything at 75 in my deck. I love the chop. He couldn't believe how it handled it. :D

My son did the graphics on this boat. I am trying to find out myself what the price will be when this is finished. Dual wackers will be on my next boat, and it would be nice if this was my next boat.
This boat is extremely nice, and should run the havasu chop fairly well for a 28.
