I am trying to decide between three boats..
20 foot stoker with an outboard
22 foot stoker with and outboard
21 foot daytona with an outboard
any advice....We have a deck boat and wanted to have a fun zip around boat.. Also something I could run from Havasu to laughlin from time to time...I have always wanted a boat with wakers and like stokers and daytona's....Any pro's and con's on both would be helpfull.....
P.S. Gonna keep the deck boat for the big weekend family hangin out stuff, Just looking for somethin to play with...
Thanx..:)

LOL...I hear ya but I have always wanted one...I have had jets, v's, and Io's, Its outboard time...Thought about puting a blown motor in the Deck boat but I can buy a little toy for the same price....Plus you have to admit with gas prices the way they are the outboard will go alot further on the same amount of gas...:D :D

looked at it and like it buuuut I wonder if a 22 wouldn't be better. Don't they have a flat floor? I don't know seems like a big difference in size for the extra 2 feet.

Stoker all the way. IMHO it is a better all-around hull. the 20 ftr will be plenty big for running up river and require less HP for the desired speed. If you plan on taking it up and down the lake on a Saturday, the 22 may be a better choice.

For me, it would be a Stoker hands down. I have owned the 20 and have driven both the 22 & the 224. The 20 is like a little go kart. Very nimble, fast, and fun. It runs through rough water as well as any other boat that I have driven, in its size. The thing also turns HARD!!! It is definitely a fun boat to drive. :)
The 22 is definitely a much bigger boat. It has more freeboard and weight to it. I would say that it is probably a better boat overall than the 20. The 20 is great for going out and playing, but it is a no frills type of boat. The 22 rides better in rough water, has more room, has the full floor, etc... It is not as fast as the 22, but it still turns real hard and rides better in rough water.
If the boat is just a play boat for you and will be for calm days & 1-2 people, I would get the 20. If it is going to be an all around "fun" boat, I would get the 22. They are both great boats. Either way you go, you won't be going wrong.
Here is a pic of us running the Parker 300 two years ago. The boat definitely impressed me. :)

Have not been back out to Havi. Traveling and weekend trips have kept me pretty busy. I think the radio is related to the batteries. One was dead (they will warranty it), the other was over charged and blown (won't warranty). So when they would charge the 2 bad ones would drag the good one down. When the good one went down so did the stereo.
I'm not worried about it....the twins produce all the music I need :D
