Pulled the boat out at Park Moabi to find that my new truck was hit by a trailer in the parking lot not horrible but bad none the less. Do you believe in Karma?? would you report it? I would at least leave my name on the truck, is it worth fu@king someone over for a lousey 4-500 dollar mistake? Other than that great day at the lake, breakfast at the casino then to a packed channel then to the sand bar then to Moabi for a swim.

That sucks. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they didnt realize they hit your truck.

Yes I would fess up, and make sure I made it right.
When we had the trailer at KL we would sit on the porch in the morning and watch the wifes run trailers into all the parked trucks. You would be surprised how many people blew it off or pretended to leave thier name. We would write down the lic. plate and leave a note next to Fake note's left like :
Sorry I hit your truck, eat a bowl of dick.
Hit your truck... sorry.
Or my favorite,
You should not have parked here, your truck dented my trailer.
It's real funny when you see an additional note that says something like. The Black F250 that hit your truck is Lic #%$^&*(&. They did not see us watching, good luck.
I never could understand it.

I have never seen a repair bill to be only $500. They charge that much just to rub out a scratch.

We had our trailer hit by another trailer while at Windsor. Didnt make me too mad about the damage, because they only dented in the chrome ring around the bearing housing, but the principal of the matter pisses me off.

Someone took out the whole front of our truck at Jack Smith and didn't leave their name. Yes I would absolutely leave my name and number. I believe in karma and damn it I personally want to see it come back to them!!!!

I couldn't imagine not leaving a name and #, biz card etc.. Someway of getting in touch. I left a business card on a guys windshield one time becuase I thought I put a door ding in his car. He called me asking what it was regarding and I told him, and he started laughing saying it had been there all along.

I agree with what you said 100%
When I use to park the truck & trailer (back when I had a boat), I'd park it away from everyone to protect my stuff.....and cuz I was just learning how to maneuver the trailer and didn't want to hit anyone.
Karma will handle it!
