Welcome to Havasu! We did the Cali-Havasu thing for 10 years before moving to Havasu full time over 5 years ago. The Sunday night ride home turned into EARLY Monday morning :confused: to finally staying in Havasu. :D

Good for you. We looked at a couple of places there over the weekend. Prices are coming down and there are some good deals to be found for sure. I'm hoping in a year (or two) I'll be doing the same thing.

Bought a house about 10 yrs. ago started once a month then next you know it's every weekend and winter holidays, then started to leave on early Monday for work, finally said forget Cali and moved here 3 yrs.ago and love it. Same area just up Saratoga. Enjoy your new house:D

Na. Bringing some stuff in the garage and storage this weekend. Then Monday get up, head over to the Landing and take the trailer home. I got to get it sold ASAP. Then headed back out to LHC the following weekend with more stuff.

Welcome to AZ side after being on the Cali side for 15years it was though getting use to not being able to launch my boat when I want to. May be you will have better luck with it than I did.
Going back to Cali as fast as i can get my house built, up in the north estates.
