Typically, as long as little to no metal is missing, it can be repaired. If you are missing chunks, you have a nice paper weight. From the pics though, it looks repairable. I take my props to Hill propellers in Santa Ana.

I saw these at the elim shop. I have banged my prop hard into all sorts of different stuff including launch ramps and rocks but have never seen anything like this. I wonder how it happens.....

Wow hun, that sucks. But as for it being jet boat area...I have to disagree. We always run that stretch of river. Been all the way to the dam & back all the way down to Havi on that water...you just have to know what your doing!;)

Chances are, you can probably have that fixed. A friend bent his up and it was worse than that. Took it to Bronson Hill Propellers (Not Ron Hill Propellers) in Santa Ana and it turned out awesome. You can talk to either Byron or Joel. Two of the best guys in the industry. :) (714) 953-5010
I have also talked to Kevin at R&R in Vegas and he is also someone that I am fully confident that could repair the propeller, if it can be fixed. :)

That's easily repairable. Even if a pretty good chunk is missing, a good prop guy can weld a new section in and make it good as new.
We've taken props MUCH worse than that to Skip at the Propeller Company in Havasu, and get them back just like new.
The can even tweak the pitch, if needed. We had a couple of old 17" pitch, but wanted 19" They just twist the flukes to the desired pitch. A lot cheaper than 300-400 bucks for a new one.
Except we're now running the new Enertia props, which run about $650 each.

They fixed mine too and did a great job. I thought for sure I was gonna have to buy a new prop. They made it look like new.

Same here. I really need to get the other one into repair so I have a spare. The only thing is I told a buddy he could have it to save him a couple bucks since he's gone through some serious boat expenses over the past few months, but he's yet to get it. If he decides he doesn't need it anymore I'll fix it.

We have a prop graveyard in our garage
We've actually had some fun with the jacked up props with friends visiting from out of state with their boat. We'll bring the prop into the house first thing a.m. and say "Dude, look what you did to your prop!" The look on their faces are priceless. :D :D

Pretty much any prop shop can likely repair that skeg too.
..... or you could just grind the skeg smooth with a flapper wheel on a grinder and give it a quick squirt of black paint and never think about it again.
