I do the same with my 2 year old daughter. She is not happy with just her finger painting alone, so she dips her fingers in the paint, I tell her to hold her hand still, and I guide her elbow and tap out a design of a tree...car...boat...
She loves it! SO, I'm a bit of a sceptic with that video, I think there is some "assisatnce" going on there. If not, then that kid has skill above and beyond his years!!
