So I saw down in the spam section where someone was selling a whole TV and game system, complete with surround sound. I bet a 10 year old would dig something like that. :D :D :D

if he doesn't already have one then an xbox 360 or playstation, my son will be 8 in another month and he goes nuts for anything video game related. not sure what you would like to spend on the boy :D
*edit* hahah.. just saw your spam post.

Get him a old school stand up ski. 550 or something similiar would get him outdoors, great exercise, easy on the wallet, and endless fun.

We have a 9 year old and 14 year old...The thing that gets more use than video games or anything else is our Trampoline. We have one with the safety net around it, and now that it is hot they put a sprinkler on the top to keep them wet and cool while they jump. All the kids love the trampoline. :D

My son is Ten and he just got out of kart racing. We have a kart for sale that is a blast to drive and it gets them out of the house. Plus you have a track right there in beaumont (Moran)
Only reason he quit and want to sell it is because BMX racing has completely taken over his mind, and all we do is travel racing all over the place now.
So I guess I nice bike would work also, but no way on the video games!!! We don't have on in the house so it makes them use their minds and go outside and play!
Good Luck!

for My GF daughters 12th B-day we bought her a dirt bike, for two years every time we went by a motorcycle shop, she wanted to stop and look.
this photo was taken about 2 weeks after she got it, she saved her money for the riding gear.

Great idea! $300 for a boat and he could start sanding for months! I would have loved that!

Have you seen the electric airsoft plastic bb guns? I as an adult have played war games with them instead of a pain ball gun. Googles to protect the eyes and a few low cost guns out compared to some of the ones I have. Will get them out of the house!!!!!!
sample: http://www.airsoftguns.com/rifleelectrics.htm
If they do shoot em in the house should'nt break anything, I shoot in mine all the time! :D
