Emergency all back!! WTH Those dudes on the Patrol Boat ought to look before coming hard left. However in all fairness, I suspect a steering/rudder malfunction. It's occured before.

They are not US Navy ships.Could be South american. The boats appear to be Corvettes.

Those look to small to be US Navy frigates. Last time I checked, navy did not wear cloth floppy camo hats either. The last scene has a guy with a shirt untucked and his hand in his pocket. Pretty sure not one of ours.

They are NOT US ships...in the very last second of the frame, you see a shoulder mark , looks Spanish to me.....the first video looks to be from a US ship....but we don't build those....in any case, they look like they are trying like hell to wrestle with the thing....maybe something broke in aft steering????
