Looking for snowbirds

I would like to rent my house in Havasu to snowbirds without having a rental company involved. I here all these great stoires of how people just happen to find good snowbirds that repeat each year.
The house is in the south part of Havasu. 3 bedrm, (King & 2 queens), 2 full baths, big screan, leather couches, washer& dryer, over 60 feet of RV parking, huge back yard, basically everything.
I'm just looking for ideas of how to market the house without a rental company. Any advise would help.
