I'm looking to build a website, but, don't know crap about it. Are there any good do-it-yourself softwares?
I'm sure I'd probably leave it to the pros and let them do it.
Ao, anyone on here a propeler head and interested in some extra $$$?
Thanks in advance
ROC

I can do it all or any part if you are interested. I provide the hosting as well. The prices are listed on my site. :)

Joomla is a good popular one that I have used for several people and they were happy with the results. It has a full backend thats very user friendly so the clients can manage their own sites.
...not to mention is opensource (free)

:D :D :D I've actually come a long way in battling those bastards. I set up one of those "Enter security code here" JavaScripts so they would have to spam manually, which many don't want to waste their time with. :D Those automated spammers were killing me up until around 2 years ago.

It all depends what you are trying to do. The one BlackCloud75 built is a good basic four page website. However, there is much more that comes into play with a website (inventory, daily updates, online sales, questions, ansnwers, etc.). The sky is the limit with web pages but remember, if you buy a basic web page making program, you will get exactly that. All of those programs like the one blackcould is using require time to learn and master. And we are not even talking about animated graphics and logos (ie. Flash).

I was kinda thinking the same. I plan on using the site for advertisingand sales related stuff, so it's important that I can manage it/make changes on a daily basis. Havasu Doug to the rescue
